Translation Empire PK is looking for a Saraiki Interpreter and Translator in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. We are currently recruiting for Saraiki interpreters and Translators based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad to work within various settings such as health care, legal, educational, immigration & refugee services, etc.

Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for: Telephone Interpreters, Video Interpreters, Translators. Interpreting involves listening to, understanding and memorizing content in the original ‘source’ language, then reproducing the speech into the ‘target’ language with 100% accuracy. You will:

• Interpret for people using legal, health and local government services.
• Check the non‑English speakers’ understanding after each sentence.
• Provide conference, consecutive and public service interpreting.
• Deal with highly confidential information.
• Liaise between the service user and service provider.

Requirements

• Fluent in English or another language.
• BS/MS Degree in English Language, Literature, English Language Teaching (ELT) or TESOL.
• Any other interpreting related qualification.
• Must hold an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certificate with an overall band score of 6.0, including a minimum of 6.0 in each individual subtest (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• You will be required to sign and agree to a surety bond.
• You will be required to sign and agree to a Non‑Disclosure Agreement.
