Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in warehousing at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies.
• Good management, interpersonal and software handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, issuance, storage and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
• Prepare reports on inventory adjustments and coordinate with customer and warehousing functions.
• Support system team in order generation and receiving.
• Responsible for internal & external inventory audits.
• Perform daily, weekly cycle count & month end stock count.
• Perform inventory reconciliation with customers.
• Resolve discrepancies between system and floor data.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain its log.
• Ensure correct and timely valuation of inventory.
