The role focuses on SAP GRC, S/4HANA Security, and SoD analysis, with opportunities to mentor junior team members and collaborate with global clients on complex SAP landscapes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Security experience.
• Strong SAP GRC Access Control expertise (10.x/12.x).
• Experience with S/4HANA Security and audit/compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP Security production support and ensure SLA-driven service delivery.
• Troubleshoot SAP Security issues related to Roles, Authorizations, GRC Workflows, and SAP Fiori Security.
• Perform user provisioning, role maintenance, access reviews, and audit remediation activities.
• Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and recommend remediation strategies.
• Investigate recurring incidents through root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers, clients, and technical teams to resolve security issues efficiently.
• Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and ensure audit readiness.
• Mentor and support junior team members on SAP Security processes and tools.
