We are seeking a Salesforce Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong Salesforce administration and reporting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership teams, including the VP of Sales, to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support Salesforce data integrity, validation rules, and field mapping improvements.
  • Troubleshoot reporting-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance automation, routing, and workflow accuracy.
  • Ensure user requests and updates are completed with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, validation rules, and automation.
  • Excellent verbal and video communication skills—must be confident in engaging with US and Australia leadership.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex reporting and integration issues.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Schedule
  • Standard shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT (non-negotiable)
  • Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours when required.
Preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with other CRM tools and integrations.
