This dual-role position supports both the sales department and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Sales Support Engineer side focuses on managing technical pre‑sales tasks, CRM systems, and generating reports for the sales team, while the CEO Assistant role handles daily executive coordination, communication, and confidential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support Engineer Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to the sales team during customer interactions and proposal development.
  • Manage the CRM system: update client records, track leads, monitor follow‑ups, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline summaries for management review.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation, product specifications, and client proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales team & logistics) for smooth project execution.
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft emails, prepare reports, and develop presentations as required by the CEO.
  • Conduct research and compile briefing materials to support decision‑making.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate information.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements & Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and KPIs.
