Job summary

MaxedDigital is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to acquire international clients for its digital services. The role is on-site in Karachi with a shift from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT.

This is a full-time, commission-based position offering PKR 30,000–100,000 per month. You will research potential clients, conduct outreach across Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, qualify leads, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication is required.
• Proven sales and persuasion abilities.
• Experience with cold outreach and lead generation is preferred.
• Ability to manage client relationships and follow up.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Able to communicate confidently online across platforms.
• Capable of identifying potential clients independently.
• Excellent objection handling and persistence.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Basic computer and internet literacy.

Responsibilities

• Find and research potential clients.
• Conduct cold outreach through Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Start and manage conversations with prospects.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Present and explain MaxedDigital's services.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Qualify leads and move them through the sales process.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
• Meet agreed daily and monthly sales targets.
