Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Pakistan. The role involves supporting the sales department in achieving business growth objectives through effective execution of sales strategies, customer engagement, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Sales Execution & Support
  • Assist sales managers in executing sales strategies and achieving targets
  • Identify new sales opportunities and propose strategies to capture them
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business development
Customer Relationship Management
  • Manage customer relationships and address inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Build and maintain strong connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Operational Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to support decision‑making
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree or Honors in any discipline
  • Strong understanding of Sales, particularly in Consumer Durables, Retail, or Mobile Financial Services
  • Hands‑on experience in Corporate Sales, Field Sales, or Mobile Accessories business is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in Investment/Merchant Banking, Wholesale, Retail Store, Mobile Accessories, or Fintech Startup
  • Fresh graduates with strong motivation and learning aptitude are also encouraged to apply
