Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our international customer base.
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through research, networking, digital platforms, and outbound campaigns.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversion.
  • Identify potential clients in target markets and pitch SaaS-based fintech solutions effectively.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects, understanding client needs and mapping solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and support) to enhance client experience.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (International exposure will be preferred).
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development (preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or IT industry).
  • Strong understanding of the software sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
