Role Description

The Sales Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. This position supports the sales team by assisting with lead generation, initial client outreach, and follow-up communications. The intern will help prepare sales presentations, update customer records, and track sales activities under the guidance of senior team members. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, coordinating with customer service, and participating in training sessions to better understand insurance solutions. The role offers hands‑on exposure to sales processes, customer engagement, and basic sales management practices within the life insurance industry.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and team members.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries courteously, manage expectations, and support positive client experiences.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, such as understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and supporting lead generation efforts.
• Candidates should possess interest or exposure in Training and Sales Management, including learning structured sales processes and using basic tracking tools.
• Candidates should be enrolled in or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Candidates should demonstrate basic analytical skills, proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and the ability to work effectively in a team.
