Job Overview

The Fundraising Executive is responsible for conducting donor research, identifying new fundraising opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the fundraising team in achieving donation targets through strategic outreach, communication, and reporting. This role plays a key part in helping non‑profit partners maximize their impact through effective donor engagement and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute effective donor engagement and communication campaigns.
  • Analyze the performance of ongoing fundraising campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Review personal fundraising performance and work toward exceeding monthly donation targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, pledges, and follow‑ups in the system.
  • Attend team meetings and share field insights, donor feedback, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on messaging and campaign performance.
  • Provide timely updates and donor reports to department heads and campaign managers.
  • Maximize donor meetings for yourself and your manager to improve engagement and fundraising results.
