Job summary

Romanza SMC (PVT) LTD is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Lahore to join our TruckDispatch team for an on-site role. This position targets US truck dispatch sales and building a strong client base in a dynamic logistics environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to manage leads, negotiate terms, and close deals while coordinating with dispatch and operations. Evening/Night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) is required.

• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and CRM tools.

Job Specification

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for professional interaction with U.S.-based clients.

• Confidence using spreadsheets, CRM tools, email, and online communication platforms.


• Ability to present transportation or logistics services clearly and match solutions to client needs.


• Organized, target-oriented, persistent, and capable of managing multiple prospects.


• Collaborative approach when coordinating with dispatch, operations, and logistics teams.


• Previous exposure to U.S. trucking, freight, carrier, or truck-dispatch operations is beneficial.
