- Provide clients professional technical advice and guidance, suggesting the best options that meet their requirements.
Present the features, advantages, and value proposition of PV solutions through product demonstrations and presentations.
Development of Business:
- Finding and acquiring new business prospects through site visits, cold calling techniques, and inquiries on social media.
Account management and relationship building:
Establish and maintain a solid rapport with customers by serving as a reliable resource and point of contact throughout the duration of the sales cycle.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to enable smooth solution delivery and implementation, such as those in product development, engineering, and customer support.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts and develop strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
