This role is focused on generating high‑quality leads by setting appointments, enriching lead data using specialized tools, and following up with healthcare providers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like Apollo and CRM tools to identify and qualify healthcare decision‑makers.
  • Appointment Setting: Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails.
  • Data Enrichment: Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations.
  • Healthcare Sales Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to effectively communicate with professionals.
  • Follow‑Up & Rescheduling: Ensure missed appointments are promptly rescheduled.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align on strategies and goals.
  • Inbound & Outbound Calling: Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience with lead enrichment tools like Apollo.

Technical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps and capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
