Interwood Mobel is seeking a passionate and skilled Design Consultant (KDW) for Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes Design Consultant KDW (Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes) to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert design guidance and innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs in kitchen, door, and wardrobe projects. You will work closely with customers from the initial design phase through to the installation process, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete customer experience, including measurements, 3D design creation, proposal finalization, installation supervision, and post-installation follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet assigned sales targets by managing the KDW opportunity matrix, processing client quotations/orders, and maintaining strong relationships with architects and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits at critical stages, oversee verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes, and address client complaints effectively.
  • Ensure timely tracking of client payments, coordinate with SCM for product deliveries, and resolve any delays or partial delivery issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or a related field.
