Job summary

Invesco Ltd is seeking an energetic professional to work on RFPs/RFIs/DDQs with knowledge of the Asset Management industry. The candidate should have 1–2 years of RFP work experience and strong written and verbal communication, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You will prepare responses, coordinate with regional teams (APAC/US/EMEA), edit marketing content, maintain the RFP database and support content creation across financial topics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of RFP experience in asset management or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to edit investment marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Prepare responses to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for Invesco regional teams.

Job Description

Your Role:

Seeking an energetic professional who will be able to work on Invesco RFPs/RFIs/DDQs requests and have good understanding of Asset Management Industry. Knowledge of financial markets and Mutual funds are the key requirements of the profile. Successful candidate should be good at written and verbal communication skills with minimum one to two years of RFP work experience. Good understanding of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are some of basic requirement of the job.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Prepare responses to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for Invesco regional RFP team (APAC/US/EMEA) by partnering with other regional RFP teams and with different internal departments. In addition, write and/or edit content for investment marketing literature at Invesco.
• Interact with other regional RFP teams to develop RFP responses.
• Quick in learning process and start delivering the RFPs, RFIs and DDQs in a quick turnaround.
• Maintain and update RFP database (Responsive) by uploading new content in the system.
• Support content creation across a wide range of financial services topics and market commentaries for investment marketing literatures, e.g., presentations.
• Should be able to work independently without much supervision
• Should be able to pick up the process quickly and start working on deliverables.

The Experience You Bring:

• Good understanding of investment management/asset management or financial industry.
• Strong attention to details (ATD).
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills include collaborate writing, reading and editing skills.
• Strong familiarity with MS office i.e. MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
• Knowledge of financial products and various asset classes

Academic requirements

• M.B.A. (Finance) from one of the reputed institutions.
