Job summary

Survey2Plan is hiring a Revit/Scan-to-BIM Technician to join our UK project team from Pakistan. The role focuses on turning point clouds into accurate BIM models using Revit, with responsibilities spanning floor plans, elevations and sections to UK survey standards.

You will work remotely from Pakistan, handling LOD 200–300 checks and collaboration with the UK-based survey and project team during a 3-month probation with promotion potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional Revit modelling experience.
• Scan-to-BIM / point cloud experience (Autodesk ReCap or similar) – strongly preferred.
• Good written English for working with UK colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Model existing buildings in Revit from point cloud data (.rcp / .e57).
• Produce floor plans, elevations and sections to UK survey standards.
• Check model accuracy against the scan (LOD 200–300).
• Work with our UK-based survey and project team.

Survey2Plan delivers measured building surveys and Scan-to-BIM models for UK clients. We're hiring Revit technicians with hands-on experience turning point clouds into accurate BIM models.

What you'll do

• Model existing buildings in Revit from point cloud data (.rcp / .e57)

• Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 based on experience
