Overview

We are a growing short-term rental business in Chicago. Our mission is to provide guests with top-tier experiences while maximizing returns for our portfolio. Were now seeking a Revenue Manager who can take ownership of pricing, occupancy optimization, and data-driven revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

  • Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality, and local events to adjust rates in real-time.

  • Leverage tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty to inform pricing decisions and identify revenue opportunities.

  • Track and report on key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy Rate, and channel performance.

  • Run weekly and monthly performance reviews and provide actionable insights to ownership.

  • Collaborate with the operations and guest experience teams to align pricing with guest satisfaction and unit performance.

  • Stay up to date on market conditions, competitor benchmarks, and industry trends in short-term rentals.


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in short-term rental revenue management (Airbnb, Vrbo, or boutique hospitality).

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and occupancy improvements.

  • Proficiency with tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty (or similar STR management platforms).

  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret and act on performance data.

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with problem-solving.

  • Must have: Airbnb experience, PriceLabs or AirDNA
