We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient and profitable business operations, and a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the overall performance of the restaurant, including financial management, sales targets, and cost control.
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff to ensure high‑quality service standards are met.
• Creating schedules and assigning tasks to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Overseeing inventory management and ordering supplies to meet business demands.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Handling customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
• Maintaining accurate records of daily transactions and preparing reports as needed.

Qualifications
