The ideal candidate should possess leadership qualities and hands‑on experience in managing the entire publication process.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the research publication process from writing, manuscript preparation, journal selection, submission, revision handling, to successful indexing.
• Ensure all publications adhere to journal guidelines and maintain high ethical and academic standards.
• Liaise with editorial boards, reviewers, and journals for smooth publication workflows.
• Collaborate with sales and academic writing departments to ensure client requirements are fully met.
• Provide mentoring and regular training to junior team members.
• Maintain transparent publication practices and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Report departmental progress and updates to the CEO on a weekly basis.
