Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong command of React, Next.js, Django REST Framework, Python, and SQL.
• Proven experience with machine learning, data modeling, and RAG-based AI systems.
• Hands-on experience in web scraping and data engineering.
• Familiar with CI/CD, GitHub, AWS, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage remote teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
