Job summary

Hexasam Pty Ltd is seeking Solar PV Design Engineers in Pakistan to support the design and engineering of Australian solar projects. The role covers residential and senior commercial design work, with full-time remote work supporting Australian project teams.

Responsibilities include DC/AC design, layouts, wiring diagrams, and grid-connection coordination. Strong AutoCAD and PV software experience are required, along with knowledge of AS/NZS standards. English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Practical solar PV and electrical design experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and ability to produce electrical drawings and docs.
• Knowledge of grid connection processes and Australian standards is beneficial.
• Clear written and verbal English communication and independence.

Responsibilities

• Design residential PV systems (single- and three-phase) and lead commercial designs up to 2 MW.
• Prepare layouts, single-line diagrams, schematics, and installation documentation.
• Perform string sizing, inverter and cable sizing, and voltage-drop analyses.
• Coordinate grid connection requirements, approvals, and project records.
• Review equipment specs against AS/NZS and DNSP requirements.
• Coordinate deliverables with project engineers and mentor junior staff.
• Assess interval data to recommend solar solutions for customers.
