Job summary

VeriPark is seeking a Software Development Manager - NET+Angular to lead web-based banking application development across regions. You will mentor juniors, establish standards, and drive delivery with a focus on security and performance.

You will collaborate with product, architecture, QA, DevOps and business teams while managing multiple parallel projects and distributed teams, fostering ownership and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

11+ years of software development experience in .NET and Angular.
5+ years as Software Development Manager/Engineering Manager leading global teams.
Experience managing multiple development teams and Technical Leads.
Strong background in Angular, .NET, Microservices and enterprise app development.

Responsibilities

Lead development teams and Technical Leads across products and projects.
Drive workforce planning, team structure, hiring, onboarding and career development.
Establish development standards, engineering practices, and governance across teams.
Ensure delivery commitments with quality, security and performance standards.
Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps and Business teams to align priorities.
