Job summary

YO IT Consulting in Pakistan seeks a skilled software expert to help train next-generation AI systems by building reinforcement learning environments and testing model learning, reasoning, and performance.

You will implement features, fix bugs, refactor code, and optimize performance across languages while using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools. Collaborate with remote teams to deliver high-quality, reproducible benchmarks and golden reference solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures and performance tuning.
• Experience debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable code.
• Experience with feature development and codebase refactoring.
• Ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Proven track record in remote or distributed team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI models using MCP tools.
