Job summary

Lookflock, an early-stage startup transforming how people make fashion decisions, is seeking a designer who thrives in a fast-moving, exploratory environment. You will work with the founder and engineers to turn user interviews and feedback into polished Figma designs for mobile and desktop.

You will shape visual hierarchy, typography, and components, while preparing clear specs for developers and iterating based on user signals.

Qualifications

Able to iterate from user research to design decisions.

Understanding of mobile and responsive design principles.
Ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the founder and development team to interview users and observe real interactions.
Identify usability challenges from user research.
Propose simpler, more effective solutions.
Transform rough concepts into polished Figma designs for mobile and desktop.
Improve visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and consistency.
Create reusable components and variants in Figma.
Prepare developer-friendly specifications and review implemented screens.
Iterate designs based on user feedback.
