Job summary

SME Careers is seeking a Pandas Specialist (remote hourly contractor) to craft realistic Pandas tasks and document them clearly in SuperAnnotate. You will ensure your environment is ready with Python and datasets, then record yourself executing the tasks for training AI models.

The role requires hands-on Pandas experience, strong English (B2+), and the ability to deliver clear, reproducible workflows across time zones.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Pandas for data cleaning, analysis, or data-processing workflows.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher to understand instructions and document tasks clearly.
• Comfortable using a computer, managing files, running Python scripts/notebooks, and recording workflows.
• Ability to design realistic and challenging Pandas tasks reflecting real data-analysis use cases.
• Strong understanding of Pandas basics: DataFrames, Series, indexing, filtering, sorting, grouping, merging, reshaping, missing values, I/O.
• Ability to ensure your setup supports the task (Python/Pandas installed, datasets prepared, references ready).
• High attention to detail when preparing tasks, executing workflows, and recording clearly.
• Reliable, self-directed, and capable of delivering consistent quality in hourly remote work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic Pandas tasks and document them clearly in SuperAnnotate.
• Prepare the work environment with Python/Pandas, datasets, and references.
• Record yourself executing the Pandas task on your computer following project instructions.
• Document task context, steps, goals, and dataset details for reviewers.
• Demonstrate practical workflows including loading, cleaning, filtering, grouping, merging, reshaping, and exporting data.
• Review work and ensure the recording is complete, reproducible, and aligned with guidelines.
