Job summary

Genifem is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Intern to support content creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations, reporting to the Marketing Manager. You will work 100% remote from Islamabad and contribute across the marketing cycle from planning to performance tracking.

You will execute the weekly content calendar, assist with content creation, social media management, and basic market research, and coordinate with design/video teams to deliver assets on time.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort with fast turnaround.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Canva.
• Working knowledge of social platforms and content scheduling/reporting tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day content and research work.

Responsibilities

• Execute the weekly content calendar across social and campaign channels.
• Assist with content creation, social media management, and basic market research.
• Coordinate with design and video teams to deliver assets on schedule.
• Support marketing for our AI automation product line and founder personal brand content.
• Monitor campaign and content performance using analytics tools.
• Contribute fresh ideas to campaign and messaging strategy.
