edge-services-partner-ltd in Pakistan is seeking an Operations Associate for a 100% remote role supporting a US-based company. You will coordinate shuttle operations, manage fleets and drivers, monitor routes, and update dispatch systems while maintaining strong communication with US clients.

The position requires 3+ years in operations, a BBA or Business Management degree, and the ability to work flexible hours covering US shifts. Growth opportunities and a competitive USD salary are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations or management.
• Bachelor's in Business Management or BBA.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including US hours.

Responsibilities

• Report to Team Lead – Operations; follow policies, procedures and business plan.
• Update excel documents with passenger count details from rider sheets for multiple shuttle routes.
• Fleet and Driver Management: assign drivers and vehicles to trips based on availability, vehicle type and route needs.
• Input repeat trips into dispatch system.
• Input driver availability into dispatch system.
• Monitor scheduled routes for on-time performance via online portal.
• Coordinate with drivers for on-time arrivals at garage.
• Implement quality control for safe and efficient transportation of passengers.
• Manage driver availability in dispatch system and dispatch drivers on Saucon.
• Add shuttles and bookings in Coach Manager and track drivers, update actuals.
• Conduct one-hour prior calls and monitor real-time tracking.
• Confirm client requirements and communicate updates.
• Add shuttle assignments as needed.
• Ensure driver confirmations and coordinate last-minute adjustments.
