BGBx is seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Data Engineer to join our growing data team. This remote role in Pakistan will design and implement scalable data infrastructure powering analytics and reporting across the organization.

The position reports to the data team and follows a 4:00am–1:00pm ET schedule, Monday–Friday. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable, enabling smarter, data-driven decisions with Power BI, Tableau, or

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric to support BI reporting.
• Develop medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across multiple sources.
• Leverage SQL and PySpark to transform, clean, and prepare data for dashboards and reports.
• Support integration of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across data pipelines and reporting environments.
