Qualifications

• Fluent English with American accent preferred.
• Proficient in at least one main language: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript or C#.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Understanding of web application architectures, APIs and frontend/backend concepts.
• Experience creating interview guides, rubrics, coding challenges and summaries.
• Experience leveraging AI for development, interviewing or productivity.
• Time management and remote collaboration across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews using provided scripts and rubrics.
• Create technical content: interview guides, rubrics, coding challenges, summaries, and tutorials.
• Develop and maintain sample code and reference implementations.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to support development, interviewing and content creation.
