Job summary

SME Careers is looking for an hourly paid, fully remote Go Engineer for AI Data Training. In this role, you will review and generate AI-generated Go code, provide expert feedback, and help improve premier AI models.

Responsibilities include creating AI training content, optimizing AI performance, and ensuring model integrity. Ideal candidates have 1-2+ years of Go programming experience and excellent English writing skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of professional Go programming experience.
• Strong understanding of Go idioms and backend design.
• Hands-on experience with backend Go applications.
• Ability to evaluate Go code for correctness.
• Experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants.
• Excellent English writing skills for technical explanations.
• Previous experience with AI data training and code review is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts and responses for AI learning.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for model enhancement.
