Job summary

KESAR is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop engaging content for its social media and digital platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels, TikTok-style videos, fashion and lifestyle storytelling. The role requires understanding fashion aesthetics, trend-spotting, and producing high-quality smartphone content.

You will shoot and edit short-form videos, craft hooks and captions, and align campaigns with brand campaigns and timelines while working remotely from Pakistan.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of content creation experience, preferably within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
• Good sense of fashion, styling, composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create high-quality smartphone content.
• Strong short-form video editing skills.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Ability to write engaging hooks, captions, and simple video scripts.
• Comfortable working behind or appearing in front of the camera when required.
• Understanding of Pakistani social media culture.
• Ability to create content naturally in English, Urdu, and mixed Urdu-English.
• Ability to identify and adapt trends without simply copying them.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet fast campaign timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for KESAR’s social media and digital platforms.
• Produce Instagram Reels and other short-form video content.
• Develop product, fashion, lifestyle, and campaign-focused content.
• Support visual storytelling around products, collections, and brand campaigns.
• Create compelling hooks, captions, and simple video scripts.
• Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them appropriately to the KESAR brand.
• Shoot aesthetically strong content using a smartphone.
• Edit short-form videos for digital platforms.
• Work effectively within fast-paced campaign timelines.
