Qualifications

• 2+ years in data science or analytics with real-world data.
• Strong Python with pandas and scikit-learn, and strong SQL.
• Solid statistics: experiment design, significance, bias.
• Can explain a result to someone who is not a data scientist.

Responsibilities

• Explore and assess client datasets before AI projects are scoped.
• Build predictive and classification models where they beat an LLM approach.
• Design metrics and experiments to measure AI system impact.
• Analyse usage and conversation data to find improvement opportunities.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
