Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell bank loan products according to defined SOPs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while following ethical banking practices.
• Identify new business opportunities, prospects, markets, and potential customers.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Explain product terms and conditions clearly to customers.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.
• Ensure proactive collection and timely repayment of loans.
• Maintain and protect customers' legal documents.
• Follow proper procedures when handling field collections.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the Line Manager.
• Conduct customer meetings according to product requirements.
• Process loan bookings in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and standards.
• Stay updated on products and services and identify areas for improvement.
