Relationship Manager (RM) – Roshan Digital Account is responsible for managing and growing relationships with overseas Pakistani clients under the Roshan Digital Account initiative. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while achieving assigned business targets. RM Should serve as one stop shop for customers regarding their RDA banking needs. The RM actively promotes RDA products and services, including account opening, deposits (CASA), investments, and financing options. The position requires close coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely resolution of queries. Additionally, the RM monitors portfolio performance, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and contributes to increasing bank deposits and revenue. Maintaining strong communication with clients, providing financial guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.

Job Requirements:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with RDA clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Create and implement strategic plans to enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
• Support clients in navigating cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expanding client services.
• Evaluate the risk profiles of RDA clients and ensure proper Due-Diligence is conducted in line with UBL’s policies.
• Work closely with compliance and operations teams to facilitate smooth on boarding and ongoing management of RDA clients.
• Track and report on client performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide clients with insights and knowledge about UBL’s products and services, helping them to make informed decisions.
• Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a key point of contact between clients and senior management, presenting client feedback and market trends to influence strategic decisions.
• Fulfillment and achievement of targets, assignments assigned.

Qualification & Experience:

• Atleast 16 years of education with minimum CGPA 3.0
• Must have atleast 2 years of experience in front end sales
