Pakistan Tobacco Company has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Admin Officer in Mansehra, Pakistan
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Smooth running of BAT Leaf and other IT systems in the region.
  • Co-ordination of regional administration activities.
  • Assist management in budget preparation and monitoring
  • Proper Record Management as per company’s guidelines and ISO standards.
  • Assistance to Regional Manager for EHS compliance.
  • Coordinate logistics of tobacco from depots/storages to GLT.
  • Facilitate Internal and external audits within the region.
  • Proper arrangement of events, conferences, and visits.
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant field and benefit role in reputable company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related discipline. Microsoft Certified Software Engineer and Oracle certification are an added advantage
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Competent in speaking and writing English and Urdu
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to understand the importance of integrating various functions within the organization
  • Effective communication skills, information‑seeking behavior, quick learning ability, and analytical thinking
  • Must understand Leaf Area Standing Instructions, Account Standing Instructions, EH&S policies, and overall company procedures
