About the Role

The Delivery Consultant is at the heart of Smart Working’s recruitment process, ensuring every candidate story is presented with clarity and impact. The role focuses on crafting high-quality executive summaries that accurately reflect each candidate’s technical expertise, while also managing smooth coordination between candidates, clients, and internal teams.

You’ll handle end-to-end candidate communication, from availability checks and reminders to interview preparation and assessment management, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.

Responsibilities
  • Write clear, factual, and engaging executive summaries to present candidates to clients effectively
  • Manage candidate communication, including reminders, availability checks, preparation calls, and timely updates
  • Share and monitor assessments, resolve access issues, track proctoring reports, and move qualified candidates to next stages
  • Maintain ATS hygiene by updating candidate stages, adding relevant tags, and archiving closed profiles
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and client teams to ensure real-time visibility of interview outcomes
  • Support client submissions by ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and client-ready
  • Uphold Smart Working’s tone and quality standards across all written and verbal communication
Key Skills
  • Exceptional written communication and storytelling ability — especially in summarizing technical profiles
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills with a proactive approach to candidate management
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, ChatGPT, and Google Workspace tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple candidates simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and clarity in a fast-paced, remote environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, delivery operations, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, documentation, and productivity tools
  • Exposure to tech recruitment processes preferred
  • Experience in client-facing coordination is an advantage
  • Certification or familiarity with AI tools is a plus
