Job summary

Devsinc is seeking a passionate Software Engineer (ROR) to join our growing development team. You will build and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails for the back-end and React for the front-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities include developing server-side apps, building responsive interfaces, integrating APIs, and ensuring performance and code quality while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in web development with a focus on Ruby on Rails and React.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Build responsive and dynamic interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX requirements into functional applications.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and build RESTful APIs.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness by writing clean, maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes
