Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radio Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of radio technology including transmitters, antennas and studio equipment.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain radio broadcasting equipment such as transmitters, antennas and studio equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with equipment or signal transmission
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of all radio equipment
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs conducted
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and propose upgrades or improvements as needed
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operation of all broadcasting systems
