Job summary

Cyber Nest in Lahore is seeking a mid-level QA Engineer to own quality for a platform integrating with multiple AI providers. You will blend manual testing, test automation, and AI-specific validation to ensure enriched outputs are accurate and reliable in production.

The role covers designing manual test plans, building automated suites with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium, API testing, and collaborating with DevOps for CI/CD. Strong QA instincts and clear bug reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of QA experience including manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on automation with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Strong API testing skills (Postman, REST/pytest).
• Experience testing AI-related or non-deterministic systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test plans and exploratory testing for web and API features.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and integration layers and integrate with CI/CD.
• Validate AI-enriched outputs for accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
• Test integrations with multiple AI providers and handle timeouts, rate limits, and fallbacks.
• Log clear, reproducible bugs and collaborate with DevOps and product teams.
