Job Description
We’re now looking for a QA Engineer (Freelance / Part-Time) to help us ensure the highest level of quality in our product as we continue to scale.
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing our web application to ensure a seamless user experience. You will identify bugs, write detailed tickets, and collaborate closely with our development team to maintain product stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web application
- Write test cases and test plans
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar
- Write clear, detailed bug tickets and follow up with developers for fixes
- Conduct regression testing before releases
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure high product quality
- Report and communicate testing results effectively
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Familiarity with web and mobile testing (cross-browser, responsive design, UI/UX)
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Located in Pakistan (remote work)
Nice to Have
- Experience testing SaaS or HR / workforce management platforms
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Knowledge of Git / version control and CI/CD workflows

Job Specification
