Job summary

Aga Khan University invites applications for a Manager (Training, M&E and Implementation) in the Department of Community Health Sciences, Karachi, Pakistan, with travel to project sites as required. The role supports a 12‑month integrated health‑systems project aimed at strengthening immunisation, disease control and health security.

You will plan, coordinate and monitor activities, develop training plans and M&E tools, supervise field teams and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health or related field from a recognised university.
• Minimum seven years' experience in programme implementation, training, M&E or public health projects.
• Experience coordinating field-based programmes and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience developing or implementing M&E tools and reporting systems.
• Experience in training coordination, facilitation and capacity building.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling and delivery of project activities.
• Develop and monitor training plans, materials and assessments.
• Support development and implementation of M&E frameworks, indicators and reporting.
• Monitor milestones, timelines and performance against targets.
• Coordinate data collection, validation and review across sites.
• Mentor project staff and facilitate cross-team communication.
