Job summary

UNDP Pakistan’s Rule of Law Programme seeks an Outreach and Events Analyst to support outreach, visibility, stakeholder engagement and events coordination. The role emphasizes inclusive, gender-responsive communication and the production of knowledge materials.

The analyst will coordinate workshops, policy dialogues, launches, and roundtables, ensuring high-quality materials and alignment with donor guidelines while maintaining strong relationships with government, civil society and partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Communications or related field is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the advanced degree.
• Experience in planning and coordinating outreach, visibility and stakeholder engagement is desired.
• Experience organizing conferences, consultations, policy dialogues, workshops or other events is desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate programme outreach, visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate programme events, consultations, dialogues and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Ensure high-quality programme communications and visibility across materials.
• Document programme achievements, lessons learned and good practices for knowledge products.
• Promote gender-responsive, inclusive and ethical outreach and engagement.
• Monitor outreach and events activities and ensure quality and results-based implementation.
