Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language with cultural/emotional understanding of how people talk in your country.
• English proficiency at Basic (B1) to read project guides and safety rules.
• Empathy and logic to understand how people feel and spot risks that others might miss.

Responsibilities

• Safety reviews of content flagged as potentially risky or harmful to decide if it follows safety rules.
• Behavior analysis of AI interactions to identify biased or unfair behavior.
