Job summary

A leading translation services company in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in project management, excel in communication, and have strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project or Jira is preferred. This is an on-site role in DHA Sector F Rawalpindi with a work shift from 10am to 7pm.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills in scope, budget, and schedule management.
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, resources, and budget
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure project delivery within defined parameters
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and ensure that project milestones are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project dependencies and ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and development teams
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, project charters, risk and issue logs, and status reports
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards, including PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify solutions to complex problems
  • Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus

Work mode: Work from Office.

Shift Time: 10am-7pm
