Job summary

Tetra Pak in Lahore (and Cairo) seeks an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead project execution across defined scopes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality. You will coordinate teams, govern contracts, and drive continuous improvement through proven processes.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years’ full-time experience in relevant industries, PMI PMP is a plus, and strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 7 years (Full time) as Commercial Project Manager experience preferably in food or oil and gas industry.
• PMP certification will be considered a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills, good communication skills, negotiation skills and capability to manage complex project environments.
• Maneuver through political and cultural situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.
• Secure project deliverables according to project agreement and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.
• Plan and break down the project into phases to meet the plan, tollgates and milestones on time and within budget and quality.
• Drive productivity through global reusable solutions, processes, and systems (OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS, Quality, Project Governance).
• Identify and monitor project risks, develop risk responses and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage scope changes and variation orders while maintaining alignment with the contract.
• Identify, engage and manage internal and external project stakeholders.
• Ensure project communication and documentation aligns with the plan.
• Support lean and lessons learned methodologies to improve processes and systems.
• Demonstrate self-awareness for wellbeing and ensure team wellbeing priorities are met.

Job Description

Overall responsibility for project applicant levels L1-L2 (processing or integrated type) and/or L2-L3 and NPI (packaging type) in all respects i.e. cost, time, quality, and scope of obligations. To manage the project within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality, and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction. Coordinate project team to ensure cooperation, project efficiency and wellbeing including coaching and team building.

This role can both be placed in Cairo, Egypt and Lahore, Pakistan.

What You Will Do

• Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.
• Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (contract) and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.
• Work breakdown and planning the project into phases to fulfil the plan and meet the project tollgates and milestones in full according to time, budget and quality.
• Drive productivity in project through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and systems (OFCE, Planview, SAP, OHS, Quality, Project Governance, etc.).
• Identify, develop risk response plan, monitor and control project risks.
• Manage scope changes and issue variation orders (VO´s).
• Identify, engage and manage internal and external project stakeholders.
• Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.
• Support WCM and Lessons Learned methodologies as input to improving processes and systems.
• Demonstrate self-awareness for wellbeing and secure the work approach for team members is aligned with wellbeing priorities.

Profile Description
