Job summary

TenX is seeking a Project Manager in Lahore to plan, schedule, monitor, and direct high-impact projects. You will manage project teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with time, cost, quality, and client expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field, with PMP or equivalent certification as a plus, and at least 5 years of project leadership experience. You will coordinate with clients, prepare SOWs, and ensure timely billing and revenue

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects of varying complexity, or a collection of multiple smaller projects.
• Lead scoping, planning, costing estimating, and pricing of consulting projects.
• Responsible for statement of work development and risk assessment.
• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within client expectations for quality and functionality.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with client stakeholders and resolution of all issues.
• Maintain and communicate project status to all stakeholders through recurring status reports and status meetings.
• Identify sales opportunities, participate in pre-sales planning, project pricing, bid review, and presentation of sales proposals.
• Ensure proper set up of the engagement in the time keeping system, ensuring consultants are always current with their reported time.
• Ensure monthly billings, timely collection of revenue, and manage procurement and payment to contractors.

REQUIREMENT

• At least 5 years of experience to manage projects from planning to execution
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
• Conduct business needs analysis and requirements gathering
• Facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth communication
• Ensure timely project delivery with quality outcomes.
