Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will manage projects related to data center operations, cloud migrations, technology currency, and other infrastructure-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and executive stakeholders, to gather requirements and communicate project progress and risks.
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage any project changes to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Work closely with technical teams, including engineers, architects, and other project managers to ensure effective project delivery.
• Develop and manage cost benefit analysis, budgets, ensuring that projects remain within financial constraints while delivering quality outcomes.
• Establish OKRs and performance metrics to track project progress and success, generating status reports for stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Be familiar with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
