Responsibilities

• Project coordination & execution
• Managing schedules, influencers & production tasks
• Communication with Korean team (English required)

Job Specification

• Strong communication skills (English required)
• Ability to coordinate schedules, shoots, and deadlines
• Organized, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable managing influencers, artists, and crew members
• Able to handle fast-paced, dynamic project environments
• Knowledge of Instagram / TikTok / YouTube trends
• Ability to prepare reports, project documents, and follow-ups
• Time management & multi-tasking skills
• Quick learner, willing to grow and take initiative

Plus (Preferred but not required)

• Experience in media, production, event coordination or marketing
• Knowledge of K-pop / Korean culture / digital content creation
• Basic understanding of project tools (Google Drive, Canva, Notion, Trello, etc.)
