You will turn research ideas into production‑ready solutions, build data pipelines for training and inference, and optimize models for latency and cost with rigorous evaluation before deployment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ML/AI engineering or applied data science.
• Proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and RAG architecture.
• Experience deploying models to production.
• Strong experimental design and evaluation practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune ML/NLP models for real client use cases.
• Design retrieval, evaluation, and cost-control layers for AI systems.
• Develop data pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring.
• Establish eval sets and quality benchmarks before deployment.
• Optimize models and infrastructure for latency and cost.
