Job summary

Haleon plc is seeking a qualified professional to own process knowledge across products through the commercial lifecycle, ensuring validation and continued process verification. The role requires working with QA, QC, Engineering and Operations to maintain validated state and drive improvements.

The candidate should have Pharm-D, MSc or Engineering background, 5+ years in pharmaceutical operations, and strong cross-functional communication skills to operate effectively in a matrix organization

Qualifications

• Pharm-D or MSc in a related field; engineering background is acceptable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures.
• Awareness of FDA, US Pharma and GMP requirements related to packaging.

Responsibilities

• Own the process knowledge of assigned products through lifecycle and validation.
• Maintain oversight on process capability and validation per Validation Master Plan.
• Lead CPV activities with data trending and statistical analysis to verify continued validation.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering and Operations to ensure validated state of control.
• Support in technical activities and ensure compliance with GMP, Quality, EHS policies.
